Keep a journal to write any of your old emotions or experiences to be heard and written down. Let those aspects of yourself know that you are listening and will keep them safe. More in class!

This will be a working 'workshop'. Bring notepaper, journal, drawing material, along with snacks and water. We will also break into small groups as there will be amazing wisdom that other participants will bring.

You will want to have the time and space clear of other agendas. Plan that for these 4 hours you will be undisturbed. There will be short breaks to stretch or let your furry family member do an outside break. Otherwise, we will cover enough material to get you thinking and planning differently.
