Thoughts to consider before I did the session....

One model to consider is this. All of us come into this lifetime into families with things to accomplish, to heal, etc. And the family may have enough commonalities that we would say we're of the same tribe, like the same soul tribe.
Other families have members with a lot of different value sets like the United Nations. They usually have more things to work through.
When we reach a certain age, we're looking for partners. Often, we have not identified our values and go with ones who show up with fun anf chocolates. We do not understand ourselves as the first step in identifying who fits our tribe, or our value sets. The goal is to know yourself enough to look for people with our values, dreams, commitments, the same view of life from which to build a life, a tribe. In order to begin that search, you have to know who you are as a person and that comes after you'd begin 20 Maybe 25 Maybe even 30 For some people. who am I? What are my values? What are the qualities I like to have in my life? How do I show up? And all of those combine to give you a package of you. I value these things. I love these types of interactions. This is what makes my heart happy. This is what stimulates my mind. So you come up with an understanding of you. And that is the core of what you bring to find out what relationship you ought to be in, what community you ought to be in, what work you ought to begin.
To often in our world, we grow up and kids just assume that the world is like them, and they can be anywhere and be okay but that isn't the truth. We are like United Nations, a lot of a huge variety of values, ways of being in life. And so the place to start is who are you? So right now, what she's being shown in this relationship may be that in some way he isn't one of her tribe. And but who is her tribe? She doesn't know. But she won't know just you find out who she is.

Dear Orlantha

Do not feel overwhelmed!
Here are the four basic steps.
I suggest that you do them daily during the first 3 days after our recap:
  • Keep yourself in the Guardian Circle Protocol
  • Create Reality Statements in the Reality Shift
  • Use one of the Brain Balance processes with each Reality Statement.
  • Walk with awareness of Outsider/off energy and use PTO and the "Are You of the Light?" protocols.
Then, watch for new ideas and opportunities to open.

When you are ready to be in the TAG healing energy, go to a quiet space for about an hour, lying, or sitting.*
Have things like stones, music, candles, etc. in the space if you choose. I use stones and essential oils in my work. They stabilize the space. You could place gemstones or stones from, and oils on your body, hold them in your hand, or put them around yourself... whatever feels just right for you.
Declare that this is "My Sacred Ground Space. I am protected, sovereign, loved, and held securely."(you may have your own protocol for setting Sacred Space and that is great.) You can add any prayer or intention that you would like to call Sacred and Grace to you.
If you want to have additional support for the session, you can download the TAG healing meditation.  It is a guided meditation in which you will be held in secured space, and your soul guidance will move your energy into higher vibrations of wellness and love.
You can use it as often as you like.
