There are many ways to make unseen energy visible. Energy is made usable by bringing the vibrations and harmonic signature into a visible form.
That form can be words, thoughts, pictures, symbols, sense, colors, etc.
You will discover your own innate ability through the hours that you practice and the journal notes you keep.

Another thing to know is that the energy vibrations can come to through from various regions. Just like the facets of a diamond, each facet will give you a unique view and information.
There is more information, creativity, intelligence available than one person can receive. And, information can come from the regions within the mental, emotional or spiritual.
You can ask which region your information is coming from or ask to have information from a specific region. You are learning by trying various techniques.
